矿用带式输送机作业中安全隐患预警系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Safety Hidden Danger Warning System in Operation of Mine Belt Conveyor

针对矿用带式输送机作业时经常出现各类故障失效问题,以带式输送机故障失效类型分析为基础,开展了设备中安全隐患预警系统及关键模块的设计研究,并进行了预警系统在DSJ120型带式输送机中的现场应用测试。结果表明:该预警系统运行良好,实现了对设备故障类型显示、设备安全等级评价、故障发生位置及故障解决措施的控制功能,大大提高了带式输送机的作业效率,有效保障了井下作业安全,达到了预期应用效果。

In view of all kinds of fault failure problems often occur in mine belt conveyor, based on the analysis of fault failure type of belt conveyor, the design and research of safety hidden danger warning system and key modules in equipment are carried out, and the field application test of early warning system in DSJ120 belt conveyor is carried out. The results show that the early warning system works well, realizes the control function of equipment fault type display, equipment safety grade evaluation, fault location and fault solving measures, achieves the expected effect,greatly improves the operation efficiency of belt conveyor, and effectively ensures the safety of underground operation.It has important practical application value.
