乳化液泵站液压系统电气保护控制技术的设计与应用

摘要 通过对煤矿井下综采工作面乳化液泵站液压系统中存在的问题进行分析,提出在系统中增加电气保护装置,可有效解决系统在压力升高、降低、无压力、管路破裂漏液等情况发生时不能及时停止乳化液泵的问题,简单实用,消除了安全隐患、降低了油脂损耗、人工劳动强度和管理难度,提升了煤矿无人化开采、智能化控制技术。 Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the hydraulic system of the emulsion pump station in the underground comprehensive mining face of the coal mine,it is proposed to add electrical protection device in the system,which can effectively realize the problem that the system can not stop the emulsion pump in time when the pressure increases,decreases,there is no pressure,the pipeline breaks and leaks,etc.,which is simple and practical,eliminates the potential safety hazards and reduces the oil loss Artificial labor intensity and management difficulty have improved the unmanned mining and intelligent control technology of coal mine.
