多级带式输送机联合调速系统的优化分析

摘要 针对目前多级带式输送机控制系统调速性能差,提出了一种新的多级带式输送机联合调速系统。该系统根据输送带上的物料分布情况,以模糊调速和差值调速为控制原理,实现了对多级输送机运行状态的煤量-带速匹配控制。根据实际应用表明,该系统能够将输送机运行时的带速降低27.4%,电能消耗量降低16.1%,显著提升输送机运行经济性和使用寿命。 In view of the poor speed regulation performance of multistage belt conveyor control system, a new multistage belt conveyor combined speed regulation system is proposed. According to the material distribution of conveyor belt, fuzzy speed regulation and differential speed regulation are used as control principles to realize the matching control of coal quantity and belt speed in the running state of multistage conveyor. According to the practical application, the system can reduce the belt speed by 27.4% and power consumption by 16.1%. It is significantly improve the conveyor operation economy and service life.
