摘要
针对传统提升控制系统可靠性差、故障几率大、操作复杂的缺点,设计了基于PLC的矿井提升机控制系统,通过对转矩的分析确定了变频器的选型,通过对系统主程序及子程序运行流程进行设计,结合上机位监控系统实现了对矿井提升机的实时监测,有效地提升了矿山开采效率。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional lifting control system, which has poor reliability, high fault probability and complex operation, a PLC-based mine hoist control system is designed. Through the analysis of the torque, the selection of frequency converter is determined.Through the design of the main program and subroutine operation flow of the system, the real-time monitoring of mine hoist is realized in combination with the monitoring system of upper machine position, and the mining efficiency is effectively improved.
