摘要
采用理论分析数值模拟的方法研究了镐型截齿对破煤产尘的特性。分析认为,当截齿的锥角由117°换为83°时,产生的总粉尘较原先降低了19.2%,呼吸性粉尘降低了23.3%。所以使用较小锥角的截齿能够有效降低粉尘浓度,极大地降低了粉尘的危害程度。
By means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the characteristics of pick pick-type teeth on coal dust production are studied. The analysis shows that when the cone angle of the teeth is changed from 117° to83°, the total dust produced is 19.2% lower than that of the original, and the respiratory dust is 23.3% lower.Therefore, the use of smaller cone angle can effectively reduce the production of dust and greatly reduce the degree of dust harm.
