摘要
汽车灯具使用过程中由于冷热温差导致灯具内部起雾,从而会对灯具外观以及行车安全产生不良影响,本文对灯具起雾原因进行多方面分析,并对目前市场上改善该问题的主要措施进行介绍,提出设计初期的注意事项,通过合理的试验验证方法,找到最优设计方案,有效减少雾气形成,加速雾气消散,从而降低市场客户抱怨率。
When we use vehicle lamps,due to different temperature between inside and outside,there will be condensation on the inner surface of the lamps,which will have bad influence on appearance of lamps and driving safety.This article analyses the cause of the fogging problem in many aspects and introduce the main measures to improve this problem,put forward matters needing attention in design stage,find the optimal design proposal through reasonable test methods,effectively reduce the formation of condensation and accelerate the dissipation of condensation,thus reducing the complaint rate of customers.
