摘要
新型冠状病毒的变异,尤其是S蛋白的突变,成为现在关注的焦点,其中S蛋白的D614G的突变株迅速成为全球流行株,有研究显示其增强了复制力和感染力。现就D614G突变株引起的生物学改变和潜在分子机制等研究作一概述。
Objective The major mutations detected in the SARS-CoV-2 viral envelope spike(S) protein have become the focus of attention now. Among them, the D614 G variant of S protein has rapidly become dominant during the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, and some studies have shown its ability to enhance replication and infectivity. This paper summarizes the research progress of biological changes induced by the D614 G variant and its underlying mechanism.
