基于Petri网的公铁联运信息共享流程分析

摘要 公铁联运过程涉及的主体众多,信息流动过程繁杂。原有的信息交互流程已不能很好地满足当前公铁联运的发展需求。为此将从流程化角度入手,探讨基于信息平台的新公铁联运信息交互流程,确定联运过程中何时需要相关参与者之间交换最有益且最具成本效益的信息属性。然后,利用着色Petri网对主要信息交互过程进行分层建模,揭示不同运输主体之间的信息共享的协同点。并以零散白货运输为例,进一步探索联运中所共享信息属性的经济效益。通过实例仿真验证加入新信息属性的联运信息共享流程具有便于零散白货清点整理工作的开展和货物运输状态的及时更新的经济效益。同时,也有助于提高同一时间内不同运输主体活动的高效性和协同性以及运力资源的利用率,缩短了整个联运的作业时间。 There are many subjects involved in the process of road-rail intermodal transport,which leads to complicated information flow process.And the original information exchange has not been able to meet the current development needs of rail-road intermodal transport.Therefore,from the perspective of process,new information interaction process of road-rail intermodal transport based on information platform will be discussed,determining when it is necessary to exchange the most beneficial and cost-effective information attributes among relevant participants in the intermodal transport process.Then,the colored Petri net is used to model the main information interaction process,revealing the collaborative points of information sharing among different transportation sponsors.And taking the high-value scattered freight transportation as an example,the economic performance of shared information attributes in intermodal transport process are further explored.Through the example simulation,it is verified that the information sharing process with new information attributes has the economic benefits of carrying out the inventory and sorting of high-value scattered freight and updating the transportation status of goods in time.Meanwhile,it also helps to improve the efficiency and coordination of different transport activities and the utilization rate of transport capacity resources,as well as shorten the operation time of the whole intermodal transportation.
