摘要
目的评估图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP)和频域光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT)对鞍区占位病变早期视神经损伤诊断功能。方法回顾性病例对照研究。收集山西省人民医院2016年7月至2019年12月鞍区占位病变32例(64眼)为试验组,同期体检健康人群中选取32例(64眼)为对照组。比较两组PVEP和SD-OCT检测的各项数据。结果试验组PVEP的P100波的潜伏期长于对照组(t=4.469,P<0.001),P100振幅低于对照组(t=2.452,P=0.016)。试验组视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)平均厚度小于对照组(t=6.821,P<0.001)。结论PVEP和SD-OCT对鞍区占位病变患者早期视神经损伤有一定诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic function of pattern visual evoked potential(PVEP)and spectral domain-optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)of optic nerve injury in patients with occupying lesion in sellar region.Methods This was a retrospective case-control study.A total of 64 eyes of 32 patients diagnosed as the occupying lesion in sellar region from Jul.2016 to Dec.2019 in Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were collected as the trial group.A total of 64 eyes of 32 normal controls were selected from the normal staff in the same period as the control group.The PVEP and SD-OCT were compared between the two groups.Results The P100 latency in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.469,P<0.001),while P100 amplitude were lower than those in the control group(t=2.452,P=0.016).The average thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)in the trial group was statistically lower than that of the control group(t=6.821,P<0.001).Conclusion The PVEP and SD-OCT have certain diagnostic function for early optic nerve injury in patients with sellar occupied lesions.
