白云鄂博钠闪石型铁矿石中稀土赋存状态研究 被引量:5

Occurrence State of Rare Earth in Sodium Amphibole Type Iron Ore from Bayan Obo

摘要 为提高白云鄂博各类型铁矿石中稀土资源利用率,采用先进的AMICS自动矿物分析系统、扫描电镜和能谱分析等手段对白云鄂博钠闪石型铁矿石中稀土的赋存状态进行了系统研究。结果表明:矿石中稀土REO品位为3.42%,其中轻稀土元素占稀土总量的96.56%,中重稀土元素占稀土总量的3.44%;稀土元素主要赋存在氟碳铈矿、独居石、氟碳钙铈矿和易解石中,分布率为84.36%,其次铁矿物中的分布率为12.43%;氟碳铈矿是含稀土元素最高的矿物,元素总量为67.23%,氟碳钙铈矿所含稀土元素种类与氟碳铈矿接近,稀土元素总量为58.09%,独居石相对氟碳铈矿La低Nd高,且含有少量Gd和Y;易解石中Nb含量为22.14%,此外中重稀土元素的种类多、含量高,建议在选矿过程中重点关注易解石在稀土精矿中的富集。 In order to improve the utilization rate of rare earth resources in various types of iron ore in Bayan Obo,the advanced AMICS automatic mineral analysis system,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis were used to systematically study the occurrence state of rare earth in the amphibole type iron ore from Bayan Obo.The REO grade of rare earth in the ore is 3.42%,of which light rare earth elements account for 96.56%and medium and heavy rare earth elements account for 3.44%of the total rare earth.Rare earth elements are mainly present in bastnaesite,monazite,parisite,and calcite,with a distribution rate of 84.36%,followed by a distribution rate of 12.43%in iron minerals.Bastnaesite is the mineral with the highest rare earth elements,the total amount of elements is 67.23%,the type of rare earth elements contained in the parisite is close to the bastnaesite,the total amount of rare earth elements is 58.09%.The monazite has lower La but higher Nd than bastnaesite and contains a small amount of Gd and Y.The content of Nb in aeschynite is 22.14%.In addition,there are many types and high content of heavy rare earth elements.It is recommended to focus on the concentration of aeschynite in rare earth concentrates during the beneficiation process.
