摘要
针对超临界流体连续萃取过程中工艺参数的控制要求,提出一套基于单片机STM32F103VET6的温度、流量及压力等工艺参数控制系统。其中检测模块检测超临界设备工艺参数数据,控制模块调节萃取器与分离器内的温度、流量与压力,各种数据通过LED液晶屏显示。为了保证控制系统的精度,系统采用神经网络PID算法。该系统可以有效保证超临界流体的萃取率和萃取质量。
Aiming at the control requirements of the process parameters of the supercritical fluid continuously extracted,a STM32F103VET6 MCU-based control systems for process parameters such as the temperature,flow and pressure was proposed,in which,the detection module detects process data of the supercritical equipment,and the control module adjusts temperature,flow and pressure in the extractor and separator,and various data are displayed on the LED screen.For purpose of ensuring accuracy of the control system,a neural network PID algorithm was adopted to ensure both extraction rate and quality of the supercritical fluid.
