丁苯酞联合灯盏花素对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和认知功能的影响

Effect of Butylphthalide Combined with Breviscapineon Neurological Function and Cognitive Functionin Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察丁苯酞联合灯盏花素对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和认知功能的影响。方法选择2019年3月-2020年3月120例急性脑梗死患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例,对照组给予灯盏花素片,研究组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊,两组患者均治疗14 d,治疗前、后检测两组患者血管内皮功能和脑血流灌注水平,评价两组患者神经功能、认知功能和临床疗效。结果研究组一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者内皮素(ET-1)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),脑血流平均通过时间(MTT)、峰值时间(TTP)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),局部脑血流量(CBF)、脑血容量(CBV)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),认知功能评定量表(LOTCA)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合灯盏花素可改善急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能,增加脑血流灌注,改善神经功能和认知功能,提升疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Butylphthalide combined with Breviscapine on neurological function and cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given Breviscapine tablets,and the study group was given butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group.The patients in both groups were treated for 14 days.The vascular endothelial function and cerebral blood flow perfusion level of the two groups were detected before and after treatment.The neurological function,cognitive function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of nitric oxide(no)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of endothelin-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the mean transit time(MTT)and peak time(TTP)of cerebral blood flow in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the regional cerebral blood flow(CBF)and cerebral blood flow(CBF)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CBV level of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the LOTCA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Butylphthalide combined with Breviscapine can improve vascular endothelial function,increase cerebral blood flow perfusion,improve neurological function and cognitive function,and enhance curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
