康熙十二年马元《韶州府志》补阙——以澹归《徧行堂集·韶州府志义例》及康熙二十六年《韶州府志》互勘

Complement of Mayuan’s Shaozhou Local Records in the 12th Years of Kangxi--On Collating Mutually Between Dangui’s BianxingTang Works·The Theme and Formula of Shaozhou Local Records and Tang Zongyao’s Shaozhou Local Records in the 26th Years of Kangxi

康熙十二年马元《韶州府志》16卷,实由澹归和尚纂,今为10卷残本;康熙二十六年唐宗尧《韶州府志》18卷是以马元《韶州府志》为蓝本,其间差异甚少。乾隆四十年因"澹归和尚《徧行堂集》文字狱案",澹归著述皆遭禁毁,这两部《韶州府志》也被芟削;但是《徧行堂(前、续)集》有劫幸本。赵贞信据《续集·重修韶州府志序》对这两部《韶州府志》的关系有初考。将马元、唐宗尧《韶州府志》及《前集·韶州府志义例》互勘,可补马元《韶州府志》之阙。

Mayuan’s Shaozhou Local Records(16 volumes)in the 12th Years of Kangxi(lack of 6 Volumes)was compiled by Dangui Buddhist monk,which was the blue print of Tang Zhongyao’s Shaozhou Local Records(18 Volumes)in the 26th Years of Kangxi and there are no significant differences between them.In the 40th Years of Qianlong,bcause of the literary in quisition for Dangui’s Bianxing Tang Works,though Bianxing Tang Works(Preface and Sequel)was saved luckily,his works and these two versions of Shaozhou Local Records was prohibited or deleted According tothe preface of Bianxing Tang Works(sequel)of recompiling Shaozhou Local Records,the relationship between the two versions of Shaozhou Local Records was investigated by Professor Zhao Xinzhen.We could complement Mayuan’s Shaozhou Local Records by collating mutually between Bianxing Tang Works·The Theme and Formula of Shaozhou Local Records and Tang Zhongyao’s Shaozhou Local Records in the26th Years of Kangxi.
