Research on Personal Privacy Protection of University Students in the Times of Big Data

大数据时代为人们的生活带来了巨大便利,大学生在享受着大数据带来的便利性的同时,其个人隐私信息保护面临的形势却越来越严峻,隐私权、人格权等不断遭受侵犯,甚至潜存着财产安全、人身安全。因此,分析大数据时代大学生个人隐私保护的困境,建立专项隐私保护法律、加强大学生隐私保护意识和技术手段显得尤为重要。

The times of big data has brought great convenience to people’s common lives.While university students enjoy the convenience brought by big data,their personal privacy information protection is facing great problems,such as the constant violation of privacy rights and personality rights,the threat of property security and personaol safety.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the dilemma of college students’personal privacy protection by establishing privacy protection laws,strengthening college students’privacy protection awareness and technical means.
