大学生学习满意度及提升策略研究——基于S师范大学经验数据

A study on College Students’ learning satisfaction and its promotion strategies:Based on the empirical data of s Normal University

大学生满意度是本科教学质量审核评估的重要指标之一,对促进大学生和学校高质量发展具有重要意义。研究采用专业化测评工具对某省属重点师范大学本科生的学习满意度进行了测评。结果表明:样本校学生学习满意度处于中等水平,不同年级和不同专业的学生学习满意度存在显著差异,不同性别、专业属性的学生学习满意度差异性不显著,无论从总体水平还是群体角度看均有较大提升空间。为此,样本校今后应在以下几个方面做出改进:聚焦师范院校主业,彰显不同专业特色;以学生为主体,注重中部年级学生学习满意度的提升;完善基础设施建设,扩充和丰富学习资源。

College Students’ satisfaction is one of the important indicators of undergraduate teaching quality audit and evaluation,which is of great significance to promote the development of high quality of college students and schools.The study satisfaction of Undergraduates in a provincial key normal university was evaluated by using the professional evaluation tool. The results show that the students’ learning satisfaction is in the middle level,and there are significant differences in the students’ learning satisfaction in different grades and majors.The differences of students’ learning satisfaction with different gender and specialty attributes are not significant, and there is a great room for improvement in both the overall level and the group perspective. Therefore,the sample school should make improvement in the following aspects:focusing on the main business of Normal University,highlighting the characteristics of different specialties;taking students as the main body,paying attention to the improvement of students’ learning satisfaction in middle grade;perfecting infrastructure construction,expanding and enriching learning resources.
