摘要
在水工隧洞衬砌混凝土顶拱检测中,湿钻法会破坏混凝土原始状态,同时由于重力作用冷却水无法输送到钻头处导致散热困难。为有效解决混凝土顶拱取样困难问题,研发新型干钻法混凝土原状样采集装置,采用高压风机、进风控制器和收尘器等关键构件,实现钻芯机钻头通风冷却,同时可有效除尘排污,改善操作环境。工程实践表明,新装置具有简单高效、绿色环保的特点,适用于各类水工混凝土结构竖直向上方向或仰斜方向钻芯取样。
The wet drilling method will destroy the original state of concrete in the inspection of concrete arch of hydraulic tunnel lining,and the cooling water can not be transported to the drill bit due to the gravity effect,thereby leading to the difficulty in heat dissipation.A novel dry-drilling undamaged sample collection device is developed in order to effectively solve the problem of sampling concrete top arch.Key components such as high pressure fan,inlet controller,dust collector,etc.are adopted to realize the ventilation and cooling of the drill bit of the drilling machine.Meanwhile,it can effectively remove dust and discharge pollutant,and improve the operating environment.The engineering practice shows that the new device has the simple,efficient,green and environmental protection characteristics,and it is suitable for drilling and sampling of all hydraulic concrete structures in vertical and upward direction or in oblique direction.
