摘要
V形后倾式爆破施工技术广泛运用于各行业深基坑爆破施工。在麻城市浮桥河水厂二期工程中,通过对V形后倾式爆破施工的布孔、炮孔倾角与倾向、炮孔装药结构进行优化,解决了传统V形后倾式爆破施工岩块大、块率产出过高、不利于挖掘装运的问题。该施工技术在爆破自由面少、岩石级别不超过XV级的各行业深基坑岩石爆破开挖中具有较高的推广价值。
The construction technology of V-shaped backward inclined blasting is widely used in deep foundation pit blasting construction of various industries.The problems such as large rock block,high block rate output as well as unfavorable excavation and loading in the traditional V-shaped backward inclined blasting are solved through optimizing the hole distribution,hole angle inclination and tiling as well as hole charging structure of V-shaped backward inclined blasting construction in the second phase of Macheng Fuqiaohe Water Plant Project.The construction technology has high promotion value in deep foundation pit rock blasting excavation of various industries with less blasting free surface and more than XV grade of rock.
