摘要
鄂北水资源配置项目袁冲暗涵工程采取整体钢模台车配合龙门布料机进行施工,为确保工程通水安全,对新工艺条件下如何提高暗涵混凝土的浇筑质量开展QC课题研究,提出了铜止水一次成型、填料机械挤压、鱼刺式串筒防混凝土离析、腋角优化浇筑顺序、二次复振、橡皮锤消除气泡等应对措施,有效控制了暗涵混凝土质量,取得了较好效果,供同类工程参考。
The integrated steel mould trolley is adopted to cooperate with gantry distributors for construction in Yuanchong Buried Culvert of North Hubei Water Resources Allocation Project.QC research is implemented aiming at improving the quality of culvert concrete pouring under the condition of new technology in order to ensure the water security of the project.The copper water stop one-time molding,packing machinery rolling,fish-bone tumbling barrel for preventing concrete segregation,axillary angle optimization of pouring sequence,secondary complex vibration,rubber mallet for eliminating air bubbles and other corresponding measures are proposed.Buried culvert concrete quality is effectively controlled with excellent results,thereby providing reference for similar projects.
