护理人员疫情防控能力培训的研究现状与展望

Research status and the prospect of the capacity training of epidemic prevention and control of nursing staff

目的系统回顾国内外护理人员疫情防控能力培训的研究进展。方法使用计算机在中国知网学术期刊网全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、web of science、EBSCO等国内外数据库中检索近20年的主题相关文献,根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献,提取有效信息进行定性分析,并根据澳大利亚Joanna Briggs循证卫生保健中心(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)证据预分级及证据推荐级别系统进行质量评价。结果最终纳入文献54篇,国外的研究重点主要聚焦于专科医生,包括耳鼻喉科、呼吸科、泌尿科等,针对护理人员的研究未见报道;我国在新冠疫情期间相关文献量增长迅速,但总体方法学质量偏低。结论现有的培训方案无法满足常态化疫情防控对护理人员提出的新要求,建议充分发挥中西医结合护理优势,进一步完善护理人员疫情防控能力培训。

Objective To systematically review the research progress of epidemic prevention and control ability training for nursing staff at home and abroad.Methods According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,related literature in the past 20 years from CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed and Web of Science were extracted and screened for qualitative analysis.Quality evaluation was carried out according to the evidence pre-classification and evidence recommendation level system proposed by JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute).Results A total of 54 papers were included in the final study.Foreign research focused mainly on specialist doctors,including those from the Department of E.N.T.,Respiration and Urology etc.The study on the nursing staff has not been reported.The volume of literature in China increased rapidly during the COVID-19,but the overall methodological quality was low.Conclusion The existing training program fails to meet the additional requirements for nursing staff brought by the normalized epidemic response.It is recommended to give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing,and further improve the epidemic prevention and control ability training for nursing staff.
