公众启动除颤PAD项目实施研究进展

Research progress on the implementation of the Public Access Defibrillation(PAD)program

院外心搏骤停(Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest,OHCA)是世界性的公共卫生问题,早期除颤是提高OHCA患者存活率的重要途径之一。在社区及公共场所投放自动体外除颤仪(Automatic External Defbrillator,AED),供普通公众使用,为室颤患者除颤,以挽救患者生命。公众启动除颤计划(Public Access Defibtillation,PAD)目前在世界各国广泛开展,而我国尚处于起步阶段,本文就PAD在国内外的实施现况和效果进行综述,为推动我国社区与公共场所除颤实施提供借鉴与参考。

Out of hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)is a public health problem worldwide.Early defibrillation is one of the important ways to improve the survival rate of OHCA patients.Equipped in communities and public areas,the Automatic External Defibrillator(AED)can be used on defibrillate patients with ventricular fibrillation to save lives in emergencies.The Public Initiated Defibrillation(PAD)program is widely carried out throughout the world,whereas China is still at the initial stage.This paper reviews the implementation situation and effect of PAD at home and abroad,so as to provide a reference for promoting the implementation of defibrillation in communities and public places in China.
