摘要
院内不良事件在发生之前可以预测和管理,而进一步采取措施可防止临床恶化。快速反应系统(Rapid Response System,RRS)作为快速识别临床恶化的急救系统,在国外广泛应用,而在我国应用及报道相对较少。本文通过综述国内外RRS的应用现状,为我国今后的研究及RRS运用提供参考意见。
Hospital adverse events can be predicted and managed before the occurrence,and further measures can be taken to prevent clinical deterioration.Rapid Response System(RRS),as the emergency system for rapid identification of clinical deterioration,has been widely used in foreign countries,but less widely used and reported in China.In this paper,the application status of RRS in hospitals at home and abroad is reviewed,so as to provide references for future research and application in China.
