摘要
银川市行政审批制度改革以组建实现行政许可权相对集中的行政审批服务局为突破口,以促成服务对象方便快捷办成“一件事情”为目标,全面推进行政审批事项精简、行政审批流程优化、“互联网+”政务服务等核心改革举措,实现分散审批向集中审批、集中审批向集成审批转变,大幅提升审批效率和政务服务质量,取得了显著的改革成效、积累了好的经验做法。
The reform of the government review and approval system of Yinchuan city takes the establishment of a government review and approval bureau that realizes the relatively concentrated administrative license power as a breakthrough,and aims to help clients to complete“one thing”conveniently and efficiently.Through implementing comprehensively core reform measures such as the streamlining of government review and approval items,optimization of government review and approval procedures,“Internet+”government services,it realizes the transformation from decentralized approval to centralized approval and from centralized approval to integrated approval,which greatly improves the approval efficiency and quality of government services and has achieved remarkable reform results and accumulated good experiences.
