摘要
由于超白玻璃的铁含量低,因此与普通浮法玻璃存在较大的差异。从超白浮法玻璃的温度、黏度特性,及其对熔窑内玻璃液流的影响方面进行分析,计算玻璃液温度、黏度与深度之间的变化关系,并结合窑内液流流动规律和实际生产的数据,提出了超白玻璃液流的特点和生产中需要注意的问题,为超白浮法玻璃的生产提供了参考。
Due to the low iron content of ultra clear glass,it is quite different from ordinary float glass.Mainly analyzed the melting temperature and viscosity characteristics of ultra clear float glass and its influence on the glass flow in the furnace,calculated the relationship between the temperature and viscosity of the glass flow with the depth,and put forward some characteristics of fluid flow and problems needing attention in the production of ultra clear float glass,based on the flow law of the glass flow in the furnace and the actual production data.This work provides a reference for the actual production of ultra clear float glass.
