银层厚度对双银离线Low-E玻璃光热比的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Silver Layer Thickness on LSG for Double Silver Low-E Glass

摘要 介绍了真空磁控溅射法制备一系列不同银层厚度双银试样,并使用Lambda950和WINDOW6软件测试计算对比每种试样的光热比。实验表明:双银产品的光热比正比于银层总厚度;在总银层厚度相同的情况下第一层银厚度为银层总厚度40%时光热比可获得最大值。本实验为膜层设计人员提高双银膜层光热比提供了一定的参考依据。 A series of double silver samples with different silver layer thickness were prepared by vacuum magnetron sputtering.The light heat ratio of each sample was measured and calculated by Lambda950 and windows 6 software.The results show that the light heat ratio is proportional to the total silver layer thickness and the maximum value can be obtained when the first silver layer thickness is 40%of the total silver layer thickness.This experiment provides a reference for film designers to improve the light ratio for double silver film.
