双块式无砟轨道嵌套式轨道排架研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为解决双块式无砟轨道施工自动化程度较低、轨道排架精调效率不高、轨道几何形位测量精度不足的问题,研发了嵌套式轨道排架。本文介绍了嵌套式轨道排架的组成、工作原理及施工流程,并结合郑州—万州万高速铁路郝家湾特大桥一跨32 m梁上无砟轨道施工,介绍了嵌套式轨道排架长度的确定方法,验算了其强度和刚度,现场实测了轨道几何形位。结果表明:嵌套式轨道排架通过托梁内外套滑动的方式可实现轨道排架高程与轨向的独立调节,配合智能化轨道排架精调机施工,还可大大缩短道床精调时间,提高施工效率;嵌套式轨道排架结构的强度和刚度满足使用要求,轨向和轨距偏差均满足规范要求。 In order to solve the problems of low automation of bi-block ballastless track construction,low precision of track panel adjustment and insufficient accuracy of track geometry measurement,nested track panel was developed.The composition,working principle and construction process of nested track panel were introduced in this paper.Combined with the construction of ballastless track on a 32 m span beam of Haojiawan super large bridge on Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high speed railway,the determination method of the length of nested track panel was introduced,the strength and stiffness were checked,and the track geometry was measured in the field.The results show that the height and alignment of the nested track panel can be adjusted independently by sliding the inner and outer sleeves of the joist.With the construction of intelligent track panel fine adjustment machine,the fine adjustment time of track bed can be greatly shortened and the construction efficiency can be improved.The strength and stiffness of the nested track panel structure meet the use requirements,the track alignment and gauge deviation meet the specification requirements.
