摘要
为保证在有限的天窗时间内及时完成轨道纵断面线形的整正,在铁路竖曲线前后夹直线拟合的基础上,以竖曲线最小坡段长度、最大坡度、相邻坡段最大坡度差、最小竖曲线半径为限制条件,轨道实测点总体加权起落道量最小为目标函数,建立了铁路竖曲线优化模型。该优化模型无需对竖圆曲线进行拟合,避免了竖圆曲线在弧径比较小时出现拟合病态的问题。为验证该优化模型的正确性,对某段含有2个变坡点的轨道纵断面实测数据进行实例计算。计算结果表明,该优化模型能够一次性完成连续多段竖曲线的优化,相较于使用线路纵断面设计线形,使用优化重构后的纵断面线形指导纵断面线形的整正,轨道的平均调整量由23.52 mm下降到10.71 mm,落道量占比由93.64%下降到18.22%,这证明本文提出的铁路竖曲线优化方法是可行的。
In order to ensure that the alignment rectification of track profile can be completed in a limited skylight time and based on the fitting of straight line between front and back of railway vertical curve,the optimization model of railway vertical curve was established by taking the minimum slope length,maximum gradient,maximum gradient difference between adjacent slope sections and minimum vertical curve radius of the vertical curve as the limiting conditions,and the minimum total weighted track take-off and landing capacity of the track measured points as the objective function.The optimization model does not need to fit the vertical circular curve,and avoids the ill-fitting problem of vertical circular curve when the arc diameter is relatively small.In order to verify the correctness of the optimization model,the measured data of a track profile with two grade change points in one section were calculated.The calculation results show that the optimization model can complete the optimization of continuous multiple section vertical curves at one time.Compared with the alignment design using the line profile,the average adjustment of the track is reduced from 23.52 mm to 10.71 mm,and the proportion of track landing capacity is reduced from 93.64%to 18.22%by using optimized and reconstructed profile alignment to guide the rectification of profile alignment,which proves that the optimization method of railway vertical curve proposed in this paper is feasible.
