摘要
针对高速铁路预制构件在运输与养护中存在的安全隐患较高、养护不到位、存储位置不准确、运输效率低等问题,研发了由仓库管理模块、任务执行模块和安全模块构成的高速铁路装配式构件智能运输与养护系统。智能运输车与智能养护车根据仓库管理模块下达的指令执行装配式构件的运输与养护工作,调度模块对智能运输车和智能养护车的行进路线进行规划与管制,并在完成运输和养护后实时更新仓库管理模块中的库存信息与构件信息。经在连徐高速铁路构件厂中应用,与传统的运输与养护方式相比较,智能运输与养护系统的作业方式大幅降低了每台班的成本,生产过程自动化与智能化,提高了构件的生产和管理效率,有较大的推广价值。
Aiming at the problems of high security risks,inadequate maintenance,inaccurate storage location and low transportation efficiency in the transportation and maintenance of prefabricated components of high speed railway,an intelligent transportation and maintenance system for assembled components of high speed railway was developed,which is composed of warehouse management module,task execution module and safety module.The intelligent transport vehicle and the intelligent maintenance vehicle carry out the transportation and maintenance of the assembled components according to the instructions given by the warehouse management module.The scheduling module plans and controls the route of the intelligent transport vehicle and the intelligent maintenance vehicle,and updates the inventory information and component information in the warehouse management module in real time after the transportation and maintenance.The system has been applied in Lianyungang-Xuzhou high speed railway component factory.Compared with the traditional transportation and maintenance mode,the operation mode of intelligent transportation and maintenance system greatly reduces the cost of each shift,and the production process is automated and intelligent,which improves the production and management efficiency of components,and has great promotion value.
