基于轮轨动力响应的地铁波磨地段钢轨打磨限值研究 被引量:6

摘要 为明确曲线波磨地段地铁列车的降速原则与钢轨打磨限值,利用多刚体动力学软件UM建立车辆-轨道耦合模型,分析不同运行速度及波磨状态下的轮轨系统动力响应,从而明确波磨情况下的安全车速与不同波长下的钢轨打磨标准。研究结果显示:钢轨短波波磨会导致轮轨动力响应发生较大变化,致使车辆脱轨风险增大,运行安全性降低;波磨线路应降速至80 km/h以下;以轮重减载率与轮轨力为主要依据,提出了钢轨波磨波深打磨标准,建议波长为20~80、80~160、160~320 mm时的钢轨打磨限值分别为0.02、0.05、0.10 mm。 In order to clarify the speed reduction principle and rail grinding limit of metro train in curve corrugation section,the vehicle-track coupling model was established by using multi rigid body dynamics software UM.The dynamic response of wheel rail system under different running speed and corrugation state was analyzed,so as to clarify the safe speed in case of corrugation and rail grinding standard under different wavelengths.The results show that the rail short wave corrugation will lead to great changes in wheel rail dynamic response,increase the risk of vehicle derailment and reduce the operation safety.The speed of corrugation line should be reduced and be less than 80 km/h.Based on the wheel load reduction rate and wheel rail force,the grinding standard of rail corrugation depth was put forward.The recommended grinding limits for the wavelengths of 20~80 mm,80~160 mm and 160~320 mm are 0.02 mm,0.05 mm and 0.10 mm respectively.
