摘要
为保证新元矿9104大跨度开切眼顶板稳定,提出采用桁架锚索的支护方式,分析了该系统的支护原理。通过理论计算得出了9104开切眼的两帮破坏深度为1.6 m,顶板的破坏深度为5.3 m,在此基础上,确定了具体的支护参数。该技术现场应用后,巷道顶板稳定,断面收敛率小,表明桁架锚索系统适用于大跨度巷道的支护。
In order to ensure the roof stability of the 9104 large span open cut in Xinyuan Mine,the truss anchor cable support method is proposed,and the support principle of the system is analyzed.Through theoretical calculation,the failure depth of two sides of the 9104 open cut is 1.6 m,and the failure depth of roof is 5.3 m,on this basis,the specific support parameters are determined.After field application,the roof of roadway is stable and the convergence rate of cross section is small,which indicates that the truss anchor system is suitable for supporting large-span roadway.
