破碎围岩巷道注浆加固设计及其效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 为控制11^(#)煤带式输送机大巷围岩变形,设计在原锚网索+29U型钢套棚支护基础上进行注浆加固,提高围岩承载能力。实施后通过打孔窥视浆体固结情况及观测围岩变形量,注浆3 m范围内的破碎围岩实现固结,注浆段巷道顶板下沉量为9 mm,两帮位移量为12 mm,围岩变形速率降低。 In order to control the deformation of surrounding rock in the main roadway of 11^(#)coal belt conveyor,grouting reinforcement is designed on the basis of the original anchor mesh cable+29U steel shed support to improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock.After the implementation,the consolidation of the slurry and the deformation of surrounding rock are observed by drilling holes.The broken surrounding rock within 3 m of grouting is consolidated.The roof subsidence of the grouting section is 9 mm,and the displacement of the two sides is 12 mm.The deformation rate of surrounding rock is reduced.
