摘要 为解决大倾角下运带式输送机出现的带速超速、皮带打滑、矸石滚落等安全问题,保证皮带高效安全运行,对南凹寺煤业皮带暗斜井-30°大倾角下运带式输送机的选型优化、皮带带型优化、电控及驱动系统的设计优化及超速、防滑设计,防止带速超速、皮带打滑、矸石滚落。 In order to solve the safety problems such as belt speed over speed,belt slipping,gangue rolling and so on,and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the belt.In this paper,the type selection optimization,belt shape optimization,design optimization of electric control and drive system,overspeed and anti-skid design of the belt conveyor with-30°large inclination angle in Nanaosi Coal Industry are discussed,which prevents belt speed overspeed,belt slipping and gangue rolling.
