摘要
针对目前隆安选煤厂产品单一、经济效益不理想的问题,基于对矿井生产的原煤特性和可选性的分析,提出选煤厂改进方案。在现有洗选系统的基础上,通过新增一套两产品旋流器再选系统和一套粗煤泥分选系统对精煤进行再洗,生产产品为 25%的炼焦配煤和75%的动力煤。
Aiming at the problems of single product and unsatisfactory economic benefit in Longan Coal Preparation Plant,based on the analysis of the characteristics and options of raw coal produced in the mine,the improvement scheme of coal preparation plant is put forward.On the basis of the existing washing system,a new set of two product cyclone re separation system and a coarse slime separation system are added to re wash the clean coal to produce 25%coking blending coal and 75%steam coal.
