大型矿井快速装车系统升级改造及应用

摘要 针对其原有装车系统存在的不足,以同忻矿装车系统升级改造为例,从软件和硬件两个方面入手进行逐一改进,实现了双CPU和双车号系统的有效在线热备用冗余控制,仓下给料系统硬件和控制改造提高了维护效率和本质安全度,装车塔和装车溜槽硬件改造升级提高装车设备的安全系数。 In view of the shortcomings of the original loading system,taking the upgrading of the loading system in Tongxin Mine as an example,the software and hardware were improved one by one.The effective online hot standby redundancy control of dual CPU and dual vehicle number system is realized.The hardware and control transformation of the feeding system under the bin improves the maintenance efficiency and intrinsic safety.The hardware transformation and upgrading of the loading tower and loading chute improve the safety factor of the loading equipment.
