摘要
为解决城郊矿井下水文孔高压出水问题,提出了采用止水塞+注浆堵漏的工艺方案。止水塞外层采用弹性橡胶体结构,能有效适应不规则的水文孔结构,实现初步止水。在注浆过程中采用连续注浆和间歇式注浆相结合的方案实现了堵漏安全性和快速性的统一。该堵漏工艺方案能够有效解决水文孔高压出水问题。
In order to solve the problem of high-pressure water outflow from underground openings in Chengjiao Coal Mine,the technological scheme of sealing plug and grouting is put forward.The outer layer of water stop plug adopts elastic rubber structure,which can effectively adapt to irregular hydrologic hole structure and realize preliminary water stop.In the process of grouting,continuous grouting and intermittent grouting are combined to achieve the unity of safety and rapidity of plugging,which can effectively solve the problem of high-pressure water outflow from hydrological hole.
