摘要
筛选煤矸石方法中的射线成像检测方法及可见光波段检测方法分别存在高射线危害及识别准确率低的问题。通过研究分析,提出一种太赫兹煤矸石筛选系统,用于对煤炭开采中的煤矸石进行筛选。结合煤及矸石对太赫兹的透射特性差异,分别获得太赫兹透射图像,完成对透射图像的灰度统计,确定煤及矸石的灰度峰值。结合煤炭厚度得到灰度识别阈值,确立了以灰度识别阈值为判断标准的煤矸石筛选方法。
The X-ray imaging detection method and the visible light band detection method in the screening method of coal gangue have the problems of high radiation harm and low recognition accuracy.Through research and analysis,a terahertz coal gangue screening system is proposed to screen coal gangue in coal mining.Combined with the difference of transmission characteristics of coal and gangue to terahertz,the terahertz transmission images are obtained respectively,and the gray statistics of the transmission images are completed to determine the gray peak value of coal and gangue.Combined with the coal thickness,the gray recognition threshold is obtained,and the coal gangue screening method based on gray recognition threshold is established.
