高职“双区协同、三全育人”人才培养模式改革的创新实践——以江苏信息职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 目前高职院校"三全育人"还存在全员人参与度不高、全过程育人存在断点、全方位育人涵盖面不广等问题。针对以上问题,江苏信息职业技术学院积极进行"学区"与"舍区"之间"双区协同、三全育人"的人才培养模式改革创新,通过不断改善育人环境、扩展育人渠道、创新育人载体、提升育人能力等方式,建立健全"三全育人"协同管理机制,为培育德智体美劳全面发展的高职人才提供参考借鉴。 In this paper,we pointed out the problems existing in the all staff,all process and all-round education in higher vocational colleges,such as the low participation rate of the staff,existence of breaking points in the all process education,and the limited coverage of the all-round education,in view of which,we introduced how Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology actively reformed and innovated the talent training mode by adding in studying and living area collaboration and how by constantly improving education environment,expanding education channels,innovating education carriers,and enhancing education ability,it established and improved the collaborative management system for the all staff,all process and all-round education,providing reference for the cultivation of higher vocational talents with all-round development of morals,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and professionalism.
