摘要
针对GIS母线内部导体温度无法直接测量的问题,提出了一种基于有限元分析的GIS母线温度推演方法,该方法采用可直接测量的GIS母线外壳温度、负载电流、环境温度等参数对导体温度进行推演。结合GIS母线参数、热参数以及边界条件等,利用COMSOL有限元分析软件进行电磁-流体-温度场耦合仿真,求解不同环境温度与负荷电流条件下的GIS母线温度,得到样本数据,利用样本数据进行训练,建立GIS母线温度推演模型。分析结果表明温度推演方法可快速得到GIS母线导体温度,对于GIS母线的安全运行、预防事故发生有重要意义。
The fully enclosed feature of the GIS bus makes it impossible to directly measure the temperature of its internal conductor.To solve this problem, a GIS bus temperature deduction method based on finite element analysis is proposed, this method uses directly measurable GIS bus shell temperature, load current, ambient temperature and other parameters to derive conductor temperature.First, combined with GIS bus parameters, thermal parameters and boundary conditions, the COMSOL finite element analysis software is used to conduct electromagnetic-fluid-temperature field coupling simulation to solve the GIS bus temperature under different ambient temperature and load current conditions to obtain sample data.Finally, use sample data for training to establish a GIS bus temperature deduction model.The analysis results show that the temperature of the GIS bus conductor can be quickly obtained through the proposed temperature deduction method, which is of great significance for the safe operation of the GIS bus and the prevention of accidents.
