纯电动汽车要对高压部件进行安全合理的规划布局以及高压系统进行必要的监控,对整车高压系统进行监控与安全管理和故障诊断的目的是保证车辆在静止、运行及充电等全过程的高压用电安全。为研究纯电动汽车高压上电常用故障诊断分析,以某型纯电动汽车为例,分析高压上电的故障,总结高压上电可能故障点及诊断方法,以供新能源汽车检修人员参考。

Pure electric vehicles need to carry out safe and reasonable layout of high-voltage components and necessary monitoring of high-voltage system.The purpose of monitoring,safety management and fault diagnosis of vehicle high-voltage system is to ensure the safety of high-voltage power consumption in the whole process of vehicle quiescence,operation and charging.In order to study the common fault diagnosis and analysis of high-voltage power on of pure electric vehicle,taking a certain type of pure electric vehicle as an example,the fault of high-voltage power on is analyzed,and the possible fault points and diagnosis methods of highvoltage power on are summarized,so as to provide reference for new energy vehicle maintenance personnel.
