摘要
针对我国煤矿安全风险评价信息化手段不足的问题,采用AHP与Delphi法,结合现场调研和理论分析的研究方案,充分识别我国煤矿安全风险因素,研究煤矿安全风险指标体系及其模糊综合评价模型,科学分析并验证模型的有效性和正确性,利用物联网、云计算、大数据等技术,基于SOA技术架构和数据仓库,采用C#语言开发,实现煤矿风险分析系统,量化煤矿安全风险评价指标,科学、客观、系统地分析煤矿安全风险状况,针对性采取风险管控措施,减少煤矿的安全生产隐患,预防煤矿安全事故发生,保障煤矿安全生产活动。
In response to the insufficient problem of information technology for coal mine safety risk assessment in China,using AHP and Delphi method,combining field investigation and theoretical analysis,fully identifying China′s coal mine safety risk factors,the model of coal mine safety risk index system is studied.It′s also critical to study the safety risk index system model and its fuzzy synthetic evaluation model,and scientifically analyzes and verifies the validity and accuracy of the model.Utilizing IOT,cloud computing,big data and other technologies based on SOA and data warehouse developed by C#language to actualize coal mine risk analysis system.The system combines with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,which quantifies mine safety risk evaluation indexes,analyzes mine accidents and safety conditions,analyzes mine risk factors scientifically,objectively and systematically.It adopts targeted risk control measures to reduce coal mine safety production risks,prevent mine safety accidents,and to ensure the safety of production activities of the coal mine.
