摘要
里底水电站建设周期及设计、施工方案均发生了重大调整,建管局提前开展了关键技术研究实践,及时解决了各种问题,提质增效显著,并创新了多项技术成果。里底水电站机电工程建设研究与应用的关键技术有:座环安装技术、混凝土蜗壳全钢衬安装技术、轴流转浆式转轮组装技术、定子一次性安装技术、机组轴线调整技术等。对各项关键技术进行阐述,介绍研究与实践经验。
After major adjustment of construction period,design and construction scheme in Lidi Hydropower Station,Construction Administration carried out key technical research in advance and achieved many technical achievements.The key technologies of mechanical and electrical engineering construction in Lidi Hydropower Station include stay ring installation technology,concrete spiral case all-steel lining installation technology,axial flow slurry runner assembly technology,stator one-off installation technology and unit axis adjustment technology.This paper elaborated key technologies in detail,and introduced research and practical experience.
