摘要
乌弄龙水电站地面GIS与地下联合单元GIS通过500kV高压电缆连接,GIS之间有1段75m高压电缆竖井。500kV高压电缆的使用相比SF6管母在安装形式上更为简便,造价成本较低,但安装施工难度较大,因有较长的垂直安装距离,施工安全风险大。研究高压电缆敷设、安装,电缆试验等方面遇到的问题,通过研讨相应处理方法解决了大量现场设计、施工难题,为电站高压电缆安全稳定运行提供了技术保障。
The ground GIS of Wunonglong Hydropower Station and the underground combined unit GIS are connected by 500kV high-voltage cable,and there is a 75m high-voltage cable shaft between them.Compared with SF6 tubular bus,500kV HV cable is more convenient in installation form and has lower cost,but it is difficult to install and construct.Due to long vertical installation distance,construction safety risk is high.The problems existing in laying,installation and testing of high-voltage cable are studied.A lot of difficult problems in field design and construction are solved by discussing corresponding treatment methods,which provides technical guarantee for safe and stable operation of high-voltage cable in power plant.
