轴流转浆式水轮发电机组桨叶动作不稳定原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 在里底电站3号机组的调试过程中,调试人员发现机组桨叶会出现短时调节动作的现象,动作的间隔时间并不固定,间隔时间从5s至20s不等。桨叶动作过程中,桨叶主配压阀向偏关方向不规律动作。经检查调速器电气柜数据发现,每次桨叶动作前,桨叶位移传感器的采样都有明显变化,且变化幅度较小,但每次位移传感器采样变化幅值均超出了调速器程序设定的采样死区。对里底水电站水轮机桨叶出现短时多次调节现象,从多个角度进行了分析和排查,最终找出故障原因,并采取相应措施排除故障。 During the commissioning of Unit 3 in Lidi Hydropower Station,the operator found that turbine blade would have short-term regulating action.The interval between actions is not fixed,ranging from 5S to 20s.During blade action,the main pressure distribution valve of blade moves irregularly towards the deflection closing direction.By checking the data of governor electrical cabinet,it is found that before each blade action,the sampling of blade displacement sensor has obvious change,but the change amplitude of each displacement sensor sampling exceeds the sampling dead zone set by governor program.Short-time regulation of turbine blades of Lidi Hydropower Station is carried out for several times.The causes of the faults are found out through analysis and investigation from various angles and corresponding measures are taken to eliminate faults.
