水轮机筒形阀安装调试技术总结

Technical Summary of Installation and Commissioning forCylindrical Valve of Hydro-generator

水轮机筒形阀作为水轮机的特殊进水阀门,在国外水电站得到广泛应用。目前国内漫湾、小湾、大朝山电站也陆续开始使用,其安装和高度较为复杂。在实际工程中,筒形阀成品因为体积过大无法运输,一般在厂内分瓣制作,抵达工地现场后进行相应的组焊、安装。筒形阀在现场安装的质量关系到今后电站的安全运行和水电站的经济效益,现场的组装、安装、调试至关重要。

As a special intake valve of hydro-generator,cylindrical valve has been widely used in foreign hydropower stations.At present,Manwan,Xiaowan and Dachaoshan Hydropower Stations have also been used one after another,and their installation and height are quite complex.In practical engineering,the finished cylindrical valve can’t be transported because of its large volume.Generally,it is fabricated in split sections in the factory and assembled and installed after arriving at the site.The quality of the cylinder valve installed on site is related to the safe operation of the power plant and the economic benefits of the hydropower plant in the future.The assembly,installation and commissioning on site are very important.
