摘要 闸述里底水电站水轮发电机定子铁心、机座在运行过程中2倍转频振动超标,通过定转子调圆,改变气隙均匀性,减小气隙间磁拉力不平衡,以及在不影响定子铁心自由膨胀的基础上增加径向弹性元件,加强铁心和机座之间的连接,增强定子刚度及抗振性,从而达到减小定子机座和铁心振动的效果。 This paper describes the problems of stator core and base vibration exceeding standard by 2 times of rotation frequency during operation of turbine generator in Lidi Hydropower Station and the treatment methods.Rotor and stator are rounded to change the air gap uniformity and reduce the imbalance of magnetic pull force between air gap.At the same time,radial elastic elements are added without affecting the free expansion of stator core,which strengthens the connection between the core and the machine base and enhances the rigidity and vibration resistance of the stator.Finally,the effect of reducing vibration of stator frame and core is achieved.
