摘要 通过对常规水电设备状态分析方法中存在问题的剖析,研究水电厂机电设备运行及故障机理与新一代信息技术相结合、生产数据汇聚至管理信息区进行分析计算的实现技术和方法。通过相关技术完成各生产设备的互联互通、运行数据汇聚及共享、设备故障预测模型和数据可视化分析模型的建立,结合水电资产管理系统及相关设备状态监测系统数据的应用,建立科学的设备状态评估模型,建立和完善设备状态远程智能分析技术体系和管理体系,大大提升设备状态远程智能分析诊断能力,提高设备运维、检修及管理的精益化水平。 By analyzing the problems existing in the state analysis method of conventional hydropower equipment,the paper studies the realization technology and method of combining operation and failure mechanism of electromechanical equipment of hydropower plant with new generation information technology and gathering production data into management information area for analysis and calculation.The establishment of interconnection,data aggregation and sharing,equipment failure prediction model and data visualization analysis model of each production equipment is completed by related technologies.Combining with the application of hydropower asset management system and related equipment condition monitoring system data,a scientific equipment condition evaluation model is established,and a remote intelligent analysis technology system and management system for equipment condition are established and improved,which greatly improves the capability of remote intelligent analysis and diagnosis for equipment condition and improves the lean level of equipment operation and maintenance,overhaul and management.
