随着水电工程的发展,国家及行业对水电工程项目验收与档案资料的收集及整理工作要求越来越规范,越来越细致,并对项目档案资料收集及整编完成时间提出了较为明确的要求,与我们前期普遍形成的“工程先干完,慢慢搞验收及档案”的工作思维有明显的区别。现阶段水电工程项目档案管理工作,领导不重视、制度不完善、施工单位重效益、人员素质偏低等问题依然存在,因此,我们一定要加强项目验收与档案管理工作的紧迫感,要细致安排各项工作,将具体任务分解及穿插到工程建设全过程,采取行之有效的措施来提高水电工程项目验收与档案管理水平。

With the development of hydropower project,the requirements for projectacceptance andarchive management of hydropower project are becoming more and more standardized by the state and industry,and more specific requirements are put forward for the collection and completion time of project archives.At present,problems exist in the archive management of hydropower project,such as lack of attention from leaders,imperfect system,benefit-oriented construction units and low quality of personnel.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen project acceptance and archive management,arrange various work carefully and take effective measures to improve acceptance and archive management level of hydropower project.
