Skill Training for Migrants of Hydropower Development in Multi-ethnic Area

华能集团在澜沧江流域云南迪庆段开发的乌弄龙、里底水电站全部机组于2019年7月实现投产发电。澜沧江“百千万工程”是以公司水电站周边及各建设项目移民点为重点,积极支持当地新农村建设,其中资助开展1×10^(4)个农村劳动力就业转移培训是“百千万工程”主要内容之一,建设期间,建管局积极实施水电移民劳动力技能培训,提升水电移民职业素养和就业能力,助力实现“搬得出,稳得住,逐步能致富”的安置目标。

All units of Wunonglong and Lidi hydropower stations developed by Huaneng Group in Diqing section of Lancang River Basin will be put into operation in July 2019.Lancang River Million Projectfocuses on resettlement around hydropower stations and various construction projects and actively supports the construction of new rural areas.Among these projects,1×10^(4) rural labor force employment transfer training is one of main contents of Million Project.During the construction of hydropower station,ConstructionAdministration actively implements labor force skills training for migrants,improves their professional quality and employment ability,and helps to achieve the resettlement goal of“moving out,staying stable and getting rich step by step”.
