Application of Automatic Driving Fish Cart with Heavy Load in Fish Hoist System of Wunonglong Hydropower Station

升鱼机系统是近年来水电站建设为满足环保要求而建设的专用建筑物。结合云南澜沧江乌弄龙水电站升鱼机集运鱼系统大荷重自动行驶运鱼车开发及应用实际,介绍了运鱼车车辆选型、系统配置、控制原理、运行方式,提供了水电站升鱼机集运鱼系统运鱼车应用实践经验,该技术的成功应运,解决了水电站运鱼车运行道路具有一定坡度、转弯偏多且具有较多直角转弯的复杂道路适应性难题,成果实施不需建设专用道路,节省了道路建设投资。车辆自动化程度高,能够满足升鱼机系统鱼类运输无人干预的要求。

Fish hoist system is a special building constructed by hydropower stations in recent years to meet the environmental protection requirements.Based on the development and application practice of automatic driving fish cart with heavy load in the fish hoist collecting and transporting system of Wunonglong Hydropower Station,this paper introduces the selection,system configuration,control principle and operation mode of the fish cart,and provides practical experience of the application of the fish cart in the fish hoist collecting and transporting system of the Hydropower Station.Successful application of this technology has solved the difficult problem of adaptability of complex roads with certain gradient,many right corners on the running road of the fish cart in hydropower station.As a result,no special road needs to be constructed and investment in road construction is saved.The vehicle has a high degree of automation,which can meet the requirement of unattended fish transportation in the hoist system.
