为进一步做好国有企业基层党支部建设,发挥党组织独特优势。本文对照党对国有企业基层党支部的定位和工作要求,结合水电企业的工作特点,对如何做好国有企业基层党支部建设,从政治建设、思想建设、队伍建设、群众建设、文化建设方面进行了阐述,并围绕谋求共识、队伍管理、培训管理、品牌宣传等方面对下一步党支部建设做出了思考。

In order to further do a good job in the construction of the grass-roots party branches of state-owned enterprises and give full play to the unique advantages of the party organization,this paper expounds how to do a good job in the construction of the grass-roots party branches of state-owned enterprises from the aspects of political construction,ideological construction,team construction,mass construction and cultural construction according to the positioning and working requirements of the party for the grass-roots party branches of stateowned enterprises and the working characteristics of hydropower enterprises.At the same time,this paper focuses on seeking consensus,team management,training management,brand promotion and other aspects of the next step of Party branch construction.
