摘要
为建立一套系统的核电软件项目质量管理方法及流程,以解决当前核电软件项目质量管理中存在的管理复杂、需求复杂等问题,本研究在借鉴PMI项目管理五大过程的基础上,结合核电软件项目质量管理特点,建立了核电软件项目质量管理模型,并对模型的应用进行了详细说明。研究结果表明,该模型契合核电软件项目质量管理过程及要点,对于提升质量管理水平具有较好的指导作用。因此,本研究建立的核电软件项目质量管理模型及方法能够用于核电企业的软件项目质量管理过程。
In order to establish a systematic software project quality management method and process for nuclear power enterprises,and solve the problems of complex management and requirements in the current nuclear power software project quality management,this study established a nuclear power enterprises software project quality management model,based on the five processes of PMI project management combining with the characteristics of nuclear power software project quality management.And it analyzed the application of the model in detail.The results show that the model fits the nuclear power software project quality management process and key points,and has a good guidance for improving the quality management level.Therefore,the software project quality management model and method established in this study can be used in the software project quality management process of nuclear power enterprises.
